and butcher shops requiring large quantities of minced product.Made
with a stainless steel structure, the machine is complete with
all safety features required by the most rigorous European Directives
(low voltage Controls).The different cutter plates that can
be fitted allow minced meat to be obtained for various purposes,
including hamburgers,meatballs,meat sauces,frankfurters, etc.The
use of fully-extractable mincer components (screw, hopper,knife,cutter
plate)allows them to be washed in a dishwasher.The rotation
inverter included with the machine ’s controls enables any obstructions
encountered during mincing to be freed more easily.Several accessories
are available for the machine:
