This machine has been designed to allow the desired thickness of pizza bases or pasta sheets. Suitable for small and medium output production, the machine works on extremely versatile and practical principals; with simple adjustments of a single knob different thicknesses of fresh pasta or pizza dough can be obtained (this latter being particularly suitable for pizza for sale by the slice). Dough can be rolled into several widths, up to: 300 mm. (mod.SI320); 400 mm. (mod.SI420); 500 mm. (mod.SI510).

Principal features:

On request the machine could be equipped with a series of single cutting attachments with different types of cut: 2 mm. (TGP2); 4 mm. (TGP4); 6 mm (TGP6); 12 mm. (TGP12).
