Long lasting grills manufactured in cast iron worked with vitrified
alimentary enamel in order to assure hygiene,to protect it from
acid and salt attacks and to resist the oxidation. It is suitable
for cooking quickly and safely meat,fish,eggs, vegetables,cheese
and any other food.It is ideal for heating up sandwiches and
rolls of different size and thickness. Available in 3 versions:
MOD.PD50R (with grooved plate)
MOD.PD50L (with smooth plate)
MOD.PD50M (with mixed smooth-grooved plate)
Stainless steel 430F structure.
Shock-proof resistances adhering to the plate for a perfect
thermal conductivity.Two indipendent adjustable thermostats
till 300 . C in order to use half-plate each time.Self balancing
upper plate adjusts to different heights to halve cooking times
and double performance.
