aluminium,this professional combination mincer and grater is
particularly suitable for use in restaurants, hotels,communities,canteens,
butcher shops and kitchens in general.Safety features comply
with the most rigorous European Directives (low voltage Controls,Microswitch
on grater lever, mechanical Protection on apertures).The different
cutter plates that can be fitted allow minced meat to be obtained
for various purposes,including hamburgers,meatballs, meat sauces,
frankfurters,etc.The use of fully-extractable mincer components
(screw,hopper,knife,cutter plate) allows them to be washed in
a dishwasher.The grater cylinder is made in anodized aluminium
with stainless steel teeth,and can be used to grate products
like cheese, bread,biscuits,nuts,etc.The machine is supplied
complete with a brush for cleaning the grater cylinder.
Several accessories are available for the machine:
